Social Networks: Public or Private

After reading this essay, I feel that not a lot of people actually knows what happens to their information once its has been used at a social network site. You as a consumer is protected under rules and regulation by laws that the website should follow. There are things that you put out there and think that its private, but once its out in the web, its public. Like if you put particular photos you really don’t want certain people to see on these social networks, you have already crossed that line. The thin line between public or private. Today’s generation are very tech savvy and need to know that once these site contain vital information you share just to sign up, they may be used else were without consent.
