On Monday we’ll discuss the rationale for documentation and citation. Please read this article before class.  We’ll do a close reading of pages 7-13 of Hauptman in class (if you want a head start, get it in the library on Reserve: call number PN171 .F56 H38 2008);

First drafts of your research papers are due by 10 a.m. on Monday, April 11; please send them to me as attachments in Word. I’ll mark them up with comments and track changes and email them back to you as soon as I can. Please contact me with any questions you have about the assignment — the sooner, the better.
